Streams the redacted execution log referenced by log_ref in a command error (at most 10 MiB after redaction). The API proxies authorized object storage; log objects expire per control.command_log_objects.

Authenticated but not permitted. code=forbidden — role/scope mismatch; code=feature_not_entitled — the plan does not include the capability; code=account_frozen — the account is frozen and this operation is declared x-ermeon-frozen: deny.
