Wallet and top-ups

Flotera runs on a prepaid balance. You top it up; the daily charge comes out of it. There is no card kept on file and nothing renews behind your back.

  1. Choose an amount and a method. Card — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay — or cryptocurrency. Each method has its own minimum, shown next to it.
  2. Pay on the provider’s page. Flotera does not handle your card or wallet details; the invoice is paid on the payment provider’s own page.
  3. The balance updates when the provider confirms.

If no payment method is available at all, the panel says so and support can invoice you manually rather than leaving you stuck.

One charge per day, covering every server that reported that day.

The daily rate is the monthly price divided by the number of UTC days in that month — so a day in February costs slightly more than a day in March. Rounding is carried inside the calendar month, which means a machine active for a full month costs exactly the monthly price, not a sum of rounded days.

The wallet also projects a runway: “≈ 18 days at the current rate”. With no machines reporting, nothing is charged and there is no runway to project — the panel says that instead of showing infinity.

Two stages, and they are different.

Everything still works, for a limited window. Charges keep posting in full: the debt does not buy time, so the deadline never moves, and the panel shows how long is left.

Topping up above zero before the deadline changes nothing for your fleet.

A top-up that brings the balance strictly above zero lifts the freeze automatically. There is nothing to ask for and no support ticket to open.
