Clore.ai
Clore prices the whole machine per day, not per GPU per hour. The panel shows the per-GPU-hour equivalent next to whatever you type, so you can compare it against Vast and against the market without doing the arithmetic yourself.
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Get an API key from your Clore.ai account.
- Add the account in Flotera under Marketplaces.
- Install their agent from the machine’s Platforms tab.
- Run the readiness check — Clore has GPU rules Vast does not, including a banned-model list and required stock clocks.
- Set a price, pick your currencies, go live.
What Clore takes
Section titled “What Clore takes”Two separate deductions, and they come off the price independently.
Base fee — 5% on on-demand rentals, 1.25% on spot.
Non-CLORE surcharge — 15% on any rental paid in something other than CLORE. This is three times the base fee, and it is the most expensive line on the page.
The renter picks the currency, not you. What you control is which currencies you accept.
Choosing currencies
Section titled “Choosing currencies”For each currency you either accept it or you do not — a currency you do not accept is one renters cannot pay you in.
Two ways to price them:
- Follow the dollar. The currency price tracks the dollar price you set.
- Set your own. A fixed amount in that currency, independent of the dollar.
Accepting CLORE is the cheapest way to avoid the surcharge: a renter who pays in it costs you nothing extra. A machine that takes no CLORE pays the surcharge on every rental.
Reading the fee panel
Section titled “Reading the fee panel”Flotera shows, for your actual price:
- what a full day earns you when the renter pays in CLORE,
- and what it earns when they pick anything else.
The gap between those two numbers is what the surcharge costs you per day. If it is large, one of the two levers is worth the effort; if the machine rarely rents, it is not.
Your base fee also shrinks if you hold CLORE — see Proof of Holding.
