Transaction history

Every charge, top-up and correction, on a UTC calendar. Nothing is overwritten: a correction is a new entry, not an edit to an old one.

Pick a period and you get what posted in it. “Nothing posted” is a real answer — a day is charged once, at 00:15 UTC the following day, so the current day is always absent.

For any day you can export every reported server, one row each, with the evidence the billable decision was taken from.

This is the answer to “why was I charged for 14 machines on the 3rd” — the export lists all 14 and what each was billed on, rather than asking you to trust a total.

Entry What it is
Charge one day of managed machines, posted the following day
Top-up a payment the provider confirmed, in the amount confirmed
Correction a manual adjustment, posted separately and never in place of a closed day
