Marketplaces

Connect a marketplace account to manage listings and track rentals and earnings in Flotera. The marketplace handles rental payments and payouts.

Connect your account and server

1. Install the marketplace agent yourself, using the marketplace’s instructions.
2. Add your marketplace API key in Marketplaces in Flotera.
3. In the server card, open Platforms and run Autodetect. Flotera checks whether the marketplace agent is installed.
4. Select Link to a machine and choose your machine from the list returned by the marketplace API.
5. Run the readiness check, fix any problems, then publish the listing.

Flotera does not install the marketplace agent. Connecting an account does not change existing listings or interrupt rentals. Only machines in your connected marketplace account can be linked.

After connecting

For connected marketplaces, Flotera updates listings, rentals, and earnings automatically. You can change listing prices and visibility in the panel. If data stops updating, check the connection status and last update time. If the API key is rejected, replace it in Marketplaces.

Selling on several marketplaces

You can list the same server on several marketplaces: Vast.ai, Clore.ai and QuickPod. When one marketplace rents it, Flotera pauses the listings on all the others. After the rental ends, Flotera restores those listings when the server is online. A direct rental link pauses the listings the same way while it is open.

If a neighbouring marketplace has not provided fresh rental data, Flotera waits before restoring the listing. Missing data does not mean the rental has ended.

Simultaneous bookings are possible

The marketplaces do not share a booking lock. More than one can accept a rental before Flotera detects the first one. Check active rentals on each marketplace if this happens.

To keep a paused listing out of search, choose Don’t bring it back. If restoring a listing fails, check the reason in the panel and publish it again after fixing the problem.

Unlink or disconnect

Unlinking a server removes its connection in Flotera. The marketplace listing remains; unpublish it on the marketplace if you want to stop rentals. Disconnecting an account stops synchronization and removes its server links. Check any paused listings on the marketplace before disconnecting.
