Activity log
Activity in the Ops section of the menu is one timeline of everything that happened on your account, including the attempts that were turned down. Use it to answer “who did this, and when”: a price that changed, a server that was removed, a subscription change, a sign-in you do not recognize.
What the log shows
Section titled “What the log shows”Each row has a source badge:
| Source | What it records |
|---|---|
| Account | sign-ins, access changes, server and pricing settings, payments, and support actions |
| AI client | every call of a connected model, including refused ones |
| Notification | every delivery attempt of a notification |
| Marketplace | rentals, listings, pauses while another marketplace rents the machine, and listing problems |
Filter by source, period (Today, Yesterday, 7 days, This month, Last month) and action. The log reads newest first; switch the order to read a day as a story.
Who acted
Section titled “Who acted”The log names who did it:
- you — a signed-in session of your account;
- an API token — an integration that uses one of your tokens;
- automatic price updates — the price was changed by Auto, not by a person;
- an AI client — a model connected through MCP;
- Flotera — automatic actions, such as an account freeze or a listing pause;
- a payment provider — a top-up credited or refunded by the provider;
- Flotera support — an action of our support team on your account, shown as “Flotera support …”. Names of the support staff are not shown.
Result
Section titled “Result”The chip at the end of the row answers “did it work”:
- ok — done;
- failed — the action did not succeed, for example a paused listing could not be restored;
- refused — the action was turned down; the reason is shown under the row;
- attention — done, but worth a look: the account was frozen, a top-up was refunded, a listing dropped out of search, a machine went silent during a rental.
Select a row to see its technical fields: the action code, who acted, the exact outcome, the target and the record ID. Include the record ID when you write to support.
Who can open the log
Section titled “Who can open the log”The log is available to the owner and administrators. Open a row to review its details before contacting support.
