Your account

Profile has three tabs: general settings and costs, connected marketplace fees, and account security. While the referral program is running, a fourth tab, Referrals, appears.

The name appears in the account menu and notifications. Select Rename to change it. To change the email address, contact support.

Your role is shown alongside the name. Only the owner can delete the account. Owners and administrators can manage AI client access.

Choose a language and time zone. These settings are shared between Profile and the account menu in the upper-right corner. The time zone defines day boundaries on Earnings and the quiet-hours schedule for notifications. Flotera billing uses UTC.

Enter costs that Flotera cannot determine from telemetry:

  • Electricity: your tariff in dollars per kWh, greater than zero. Flotera multiplies it by measured energy use to estimate profit and server running costs.
  • Operating expenses: the total monthly amount in dollars for space, connectivity, and maintenance. Zero is allowed. The amount is distributed over billable server-days; the cost per server-day appears below the form.

Until you save, defaults are used with their source shown. Save costs saves both fields.

This tab shows account cards for connections configured in Marketplaces. If there are no connections, add a marketplace there first.

Each card shows API key status, linked server count, the last check time, and this month’s accruals. Clore also shows Proof of Holding data, which affects the base fee.

Calculation settings appear below:

  • Vast.ai — Commission: a deduction from rental earnings. The default is 0%.
  • Vast.ai — Platform share: the share of the catalog price used when comparing it with your price. At 25%, a $1.00 catalog price corresponds to $0.75 for the owner before other deductions. This is a separate parameter, not a second commission charge.
  • Clore.ai — Commission: a deduction for each payment currency: CLORE, BTC, and USDT.
  • Clore.ai — Renter markup: the amount added to the owner’s price in the catalog. With a 5% markup, your $1.00 becomes $1.05 for the renter; a $1.00 catalog price corresponds to about $0.9524 before commission.

Check these values against your marketplace account’s terms. The panel shows calculation examples below the fields. Each save button applies only to its card.

If a key is rejected, replace it in Marketplaces. Connect and disconnect accounts there as well.

Fees are used in earnings calculations. Flotera billing is separate.

Select Change password, verify the email code, and enter a new password. Other sessions end after the change. API tokens remain valid.

Enter the code in the tab where you requested it. If you request another code, use the newest email.

Changing the password also confirms your sign-in email address. An account created for you by the Flotera team confirms its address this way before it can receive email notifications.

Check the account name before making changes if you use several accounts.

Sign out on all devices ends every account session, including the current one. A password is required to sign in again. API tokens are not revoked.

If the platform suspends an account, sign-in shows that the account is suspended, and the panel’s pages are unavailable. Contact support to restore access. You can still sign out, sign out on all devices, and revoke other access. Sessions you do not end work again after the suspension is lifted. Referral rewards that come due while the account is suspended are not added to it, even after the suspension is lifted.

If someone else may have accessed the account, change the password first, then select Revoke all other access. This ends other sessions and revokes all API tokens you issued. Your current session remains active. For an owner or administrator, the action also disables shared AI client access.

The owner can delete the account after removing all servers. First finish rentals and remove the servers.

Review the consequences shown in the panel, then confirm with your password:

  • stored marketplace keys are deleted; marketplace listings remain;
  • all sessions, API tokens, AI client access, and unused installation tokens are revoked;
  • the wallet balance is not refunded; billing ends that day without a partial refund, and scheduled billing changes are canceled;
  • unused Flotera Credits become inaccessible; an unfinished referral for your account ends, and rewards already given to others are kept;
  • payment records are retained; activity, earnings history, and the email address are deleted after 30 days.

Support can restore the account on request during those 30 days. Signing in again or resetting the password does not restore it: both show that the account is being deleted. A restored account gets back its Flotera Credits that have not expired in the meantime. An unfinished referral for your account that ended at deletion stays Expired, and referral rewards that came due while the account was being deleted are not added later.

The Referrals tab has your referral link, your Flotera Credits with their history, and the hosts who signed up with your link. How referrals count and how credits are spent: Referrals.
